Do you offer White Glove delivery services?

Yes, Chamonix House offers White Glove delivery on all large furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We accept returns on most decor items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also monitor your order progress through your Chamonix House account dashboard.
