At Chamonix House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging with all protective inserts to ensure the product arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
